Sprout Recruitment are working with a leading industrial and commercial brand who host a great team of individuals across the Hills District and Western Sydney Region.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate to provide essential support to the General Manager but also receive specialised training to become a proficient sales and leasing agent. The right candidate can look forward to promising opportunities for career progression.

About the Role:

• By-appointment inspections with prospective purchasers and lessees
• Administration and data base management
• Lead Generation and canvassing
• Social Media advertising & management
• Preparation of paperwork in the listing process and photography of properties. (Including onsite photography, measuring properties, copywriting for internet listings)
• Liaising with conjunction agents
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing proposals, organising and co-ordinating marketing; (including signs, brochures web listings and email campaigns)

The Requirements:

• Experience is needed in either commercial sales & leasing or residential sales
• All about attitude & willingness to learn
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good business development skills
• Reliable car and license
