We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated team member eager to grow and thrive within our clients Property Management department. The successful candidate will be working with the property management team, developing key skills within the office and team. From there, you will transition into handling day to day property management tasks, ensuring they reach their full potential.

About the role:

  • Phone and Email enquiries
  • Ingoing and Outgoing Inspections
  • Routine Inspections
  • Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases
  • Preparation of lease and bond documents
  • Open Houses, tenant inspections and private inspections
  • Tenant selection and processing applications

About You:

  • Must have a Certificate of Registration
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
  • High Level of personal and professional presentation
  • Be reliable, honest, and trustworthy
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • You need a Drivers License and Car (allowance provided)
  • Willing to work Saturdays
