We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to support our high-performing consultants based in Bella Vista. The focus of this role is candidate sourcing; you will be maintaining an existing database of candidates and also generating and nurturing new talent into the business.

· A genuine passion and curiosity about people and the ability to influence decision making
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple tasks, priorities and thrive under pressure.
· Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
· Real Estate industry experience is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the real estate industry
• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia and ability to pass background checks
This role requires a strong administrator and genuine people person who can develop and nurture existing candidates, find new candidates and develop strong business relationships. This is a career role and is suitable for somebody with the passion and drive to become a future recruitment consultant.
